1 InnoAbs Lab has long years of experience to develop highly specific monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) with therapeutic potential using phage display technology and intensive in vitro/in vivo efficacy and toxicity evaluation studies. Specific research areas are on: 1 Development of a large human combinatorial antibody library for the rapid discovery and development of target-specific mAbs 2 Development of an alpaca single-domain antibody (VHH) phage display library for the discovery and development of innovative target-specific mAbs 3 Research & development of therapeutic antibody candidates specificallt targeting tumor-associated antigen or neoantigen in cancers 4 Research & development of immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting novel immune checkpoint proteins
